Teresa Von Niederhausern will lead you through a calm and steady flow, focusing on core strength, spine mobility, and mindful movement. You’ll get the chance to slow down, tune into your body, and move in a way that feels supportive. It’s a comfortable space for beginners and a refreshing option for anyone looking to reset.

Tickets are non-refundable, but you can give your ticket to someone else if needed. Event booking minimum is 4. If we don’t reach the event booking minimum, the class will be canceled and you’ll receive a full refund. Let us know if you have any questions.
