Ease into a slow, gentle yoga class in a cozy, plant-filled greenhouse with warm lighting. This relaxed Vinyasa flow is focused on steady movement, breath, and giving your body time to unwind. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and take a quiet moment to reset and recharge. Space is limited.

Tickets are non-refundable, but you can give your ticket to someone else if needed. Event booking minimum is 4. If we don’t reach the event booking minimum, the class will be canceled and you’ll receive a full refund. Let us know if you have any questions.
