- Only decor and containerized trees and shrubs are eligible for return. There will be no returns on chemicals, annuals, perennials, house plants, water plants, or fish without manager approval.
- Returns are for store credit only.
- Any plants or decor returned must be in the same condition that they left the
nursery and returned within 24 hours of purchase or next business day with a receipt.
- There will be a 10% restocking charge on all items returned.
- We reserve the right to deny a return if it is not in the same condition it left the nursery or not in resalable condition.
