Yoga at The Greenhouse – June 7th

Come do yoga at The Greenhouse! We’ll move through a slow and gentle Vinyasa flow, surrounded by plants and soft light. It’s calm, it’s quiet, and it’s a nice way to reset. You don’t need to be great at yoga or have anything figured out. Just show up, breathe, move a little, and let the space do the rest. It’s small and cozy, so spots fill up fast. If it feels right, we’d love to have you there!
