Plant Delivery In Cache Valley UT

• There will be a fee for any delivery or travel to the requested drop-off location. The truck load includes a load of 3 or less items. The trailer load includes a load of 4 or more items or any load with B&B.
• Plant delivery fees do not cover the movement, layout, or staging of plants beyond
  the agreed-upon drop-off area.
• Customers who add to their plant delivery order will be charged the delivery fee
  again.
• Delivery of an item 3 gallons or smaller must include a tree or shrub of 5 gallons or larger from the months of April-August.
• Orders that will require multiple trips will be charged accordingly.
• Timeline for delivery varies depending on the time of year. Same day, next day, or special appointment delivery will have a fee of 20% of the total order cost on top of the plant delivery fee.
• Shortages and/or damages enroute must be claimed at the time of delivery or at the destination. It must either be noted by the driver or phoned in immediately. This ensures prompt adjustment.
• Items installed by the Greenhouse that fail to grow will be replaced at no cost for up to 90 days after the installation date. After 90 days, plants will be replaced for 1⁄2 of the purchase price for up to a year after the installation service.
